So how about it? If there were no executions in a Danganronpa Killing Game, what would happen?

In short:
-Lots more trials (as the blackened don't get executed, and are instead jailed)
-Completely different route (different survivors, different killing order, different ending)
-Introduction to the "Torture" method (remaining spotless have a chance to torture jailed killers as an additional punishment)
