I Ate Thailand's Insane Crab Fried Rice!!

Here Hai (เฮียให้) is a famous Thai restaurant in Bangkok that has a Michelin Bib Gourmand and is extremely famous for their crab fried rice!

People wait in long lines to try this fried rice and they are known to have a unique technique and method of cooking - and we’re going to get a behind the scenes secret look into how they make it. We’ll also try some of their other Thai seafood dishes while we are there.
