How to Scan Documents from Printer to Computer or Laptop
Windows:

1. Ensure that your printer is powered on and connected to your computer.
2. Place the document you wish to scan face down on the scanner bed.
3. Open the Windows Fax and Scan application.
4. In the Scanner section, choose your printer from the drop-down menu.
5. Click on the New Scan button.
6. Review the scan settings and make any necessary adjustments.
7. Click on the Scan button.
8. Once the scanning process is complete, you will be able to preview the scanned document.
9. To save the scan to your computer, click on the Save As button.

Mac:

1. Make sure that your printer is turned on and connected to your Mac.
2. Place the document you want to scan face down on the scanner bed.
3. Open the Image Capture application.
4. In the Devices section, select your printer from the list.
5. Click on the Show Details button.
6. Review the scan settings and make any required modifications.
7. Click on the Scan button.
8. After the scanning is finished, you can preview the scanned document.
9. To save the scan to your Mac, click on the Save button.
