Cookies and Cream Ooey Gooey Cake (Butter Cake)

Today’s recipe is not exactly my cup of tea usually (I’m not a big chocolate fan), but i love making this cake. The ooey gooey layer kind of balances out the chocolate and make it really good. It taste sinilar to an oreo with the creamy and cakey layers. If youve never had ooey gooey cake before (also known as butter cake), the cake (especially the edge) has a really nice chewey texture wheras the ooey gooey part is really soft and, well, gooey. Definitely give it a try! C’est bon!
