Squid Game UE5 Tutorial – Sprinting & Stamina System (Episode 3)

Welcome to Episode 3 of my Squid Game in Unreal Engine 5.5 tutorial series! In this episode, we’ll add a full sprinting and stamina system using Blueprints — a perfect mechanic for our Red Light, Green Light level and future games in the series.

You’ll learn how to implement sprint input, create stamina logic, and set up optional UI to track player energy. This makes the gameplay more intense and realistic — especially when players need to time their movement carefully under pressure!
