What does a Neurologist treat?

The board certified neurologists provide diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Myasthenia Gravis, sleep disorders, headaches, strokes, tumors related to the brain and spinal cord, movement disorders such as Parkinson's disease, and diseases related to the muscles. Additional professional services are provided for neuropathies (diseases of the nerves of the hands and feet).

Other specialized services include diagnosis and treatment of patients with various types of dementia such as Alzheimer's Disease, diagnosis and treatment of injuries to the brain, spinal cord, nerves and muscles, and diagnosis and treatment of infections of the neurological system. Botulinum toxin therapy can be provided for certain movement disorders. We also offer vagus nerve stimulator adjustment and deep brain stimulator adjustment.
