Trader Joe's Rice Pudding will run you three bucks for four single serving cups. My wife and mother-in-law grew up with arroz con leche, the Hispanic version of this dessert. Theirs usually has cinnamon and maybe some raisins or other additives, but they both really enjoy this Trader Joe's Rice Pudding. It's very sweet and vanilla-forward, and it has plenty of grains of rice, though the pudding part of it is surprisingly thin. We all like it that way. Would buy again. It's great on its own, but it's even better with a dusting of cinnamon.
