Saturn is lord of 2nd and 3rd houses for Sagittarius. Aquarius is also ‘Moolatrikona’ place for Saturn. He owns a 3rd house with strength and 3rd house is an evil house. Hence, Saturn is a strong malefic for Sagittarius Ascendants.

Venus is lord of two evil houses - 6th and 11th house. Hence, he is also a strong malefic for Sagittarius Ascendants.
