Digital tour of Sumperk Hall III. – Outside view

Dormer Pramet is expanding its Šumperk manufacturing facility, with a new 4,500 sqm. building, scheduled for completion in 2024. First inserts will be delivered from the new hall at the end of 2024.

The hall building will be divided into a partly two-storey production part and two annexes. The dimensions of the hall will be 72 x 59 m, the western extension 7 x 39 m and the eastern extension 7 x 51 m. Hall III will be directly connected to Hall II. The hall project also includes a corridor between the two halls. The main structure is designed as a precast reinforced concrete structure. For the cladding of the building, proven noise insulated grey sandwich facade panels will be used. All outside technologies will be equipped with the noise protection covers. Upon completion of the construction work, the installation of a photovoltaic power plant is planned.

The combination of new technologies in the Hall III. together with additional machine investments within existing halls will lead to increase of inserts production capacity by more than 50%. This will create enough room for planned expansion of sales in the coming years so customers might rely on Dormer Pramet’s ability to produce and deliver its products across all markets.
