Plants I Transferred to Leca | Hoyas in Semi Hydro

Today, I show you the plants I have already transferred to leca (a soiless and semi hydro set up). There are many benefits to growing plants in leca such as having no pests (or at least drastically reduced) due to the inorganic medium (clay balls) and having an easier watering schedule. I'm hoping these plants will transition well to the new leca medium as I now have most of my hoyas and a few aroids in semi hydro! I like to use ramekins or cover pots so that it allows for a water reservoir that is slightly larger than just a normal plastic/terra cotta saucer. Clear or net pots are great to use so that you can see new root growth happen, while also providing ample aeration/oxygen to the roots.
