In Erased, Satoru finally sees Kayo Hinazuki as an adult with her baby in the final episode, episode 12, titled "Treasure."

The scene occurs near the end of the episode and shows that Kayo has finally found happiness after all the events of the past. It's one of the most moving moments in the anime.
