FromSoft did a fantastic job of misdirection with Handler Walter. In Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon, he is a much more tragic and nuanced figure than the trailers would have had us believe. And since he has the most dialogue in the game, understanding Handler Walter is a great way to understand what exactly is going on on Rubicon.
