This is the new Scenario gameplay series. Besides the main playthrough where you have no goals or restriction, Scenario gameplay gives you some goals and restriction relative to each stage.

"TasteMaker: Restaurant Simulator" is in Early Access. Doing Early Access will let the public to test out the game, and for developer to get feedbacks from the player. This is by no mean the final product, and the developer might change or improve the gameplay in the future.
