Swanqueen - Little Waltz | Your Move

Emma goes to Storybrooke and finds herself right on the Mayor's doorstep. Sometimes she just ends up in places without planning to. Regina, as the Mayor of Storybrooke, never trusts visitors. She works very hard to keep the town safe and newcomers always make her feel uneasy.

At first, Regina tries to intimidate Emma into leaving, but Emma firmly believes she was led to this town for a reason. So she's determined to stay. No matter what this new Mayor throws at her.

In the process of getting to know her enemy, Regina realises that Emma is a kind-hearted human being with only pure intentions. She quickly finds herself falling in love with Emma, but those feelings could never be reciprocated. Not after she'd been trying to drive her out of town for so long. Regina makes peace with Emma and Emma happily accepts Regina's apology.

Emma is happy to be able to live peacefully in Storybrooke. Regina has gone out of her way to prove that Emma can trust her now. But it soon becomes clear to her that Regina had been hoping to earn Emma's heart too.

Regina's confession catches Emma off guard and her reaction ends up breaking Regina's heart. Regina is determined not to feel sorry for herself for long and tries to go on as normal. But Emma has now started seeing Regina differently.

Emma is determined to stick by Regina's side regardless of the tension. She loves Regina and there's no turning back. She needs to show Regina that she's willing to commit. After some back and forth, Regina's walls come tumbling down. Emma and Regina have a heart-to-heart and they decide to get into Emma's bug and go on their next adventure.
