Royal Caribbean Buffet Breakfast Liberty of the Seas (4K)

See the breakfast food selection on a Royal Caribbean Cruise, in this case from the Liberty of the Seas in February 2019. The Windjammer serves breakfast from the hours of 7AM to 11:30AM, while you can have a sit-down meal at the main dining room between 8AM and 10AM. We also taste and review some of the dishes as well.

The selection at the buffet was pretty good, and included smoked salmon, French Toast, rice congee, and even vegetarian nachos. There was also a made-to-order omelet station.

At the main dining room (MDR) , they will make you custom granola or even a salmon gravlax on brioche sandwich. There was also a breakfast menu which we ordered from as well.

Overall, some of our favorites from the Royal Caribbean breakfast (buffet & at the MDR) included:

* Scramble Egg with Shrimp, Onion & Tomato
* Hash browns (at the buffet)
* Sweet Potato & Chorizo Hash
* Salmon Gravlax on Brioche
* Kippered Herring
