Home Door Frame Repair - Replacing Rotten Wood
The front door of my home had a spot in the frame where there was severe rot that compromised the structural integrity of the frame and caused the bolt to lock poorly. I replaced the rotten section with new wood. The bolt now locks correctly.
The whole job took about 3 hours.
