How to make an awesome OC (Original Character)

Want to learn to make your own OC? Don't follow this video. Seriously. This is awful advice. BUT this video was made for a voice acting competition and the theme for this round is "Making my OC" so this was completely inevitable. Enjoy my lovely new character.
