Turn an edger into a lightweight DIY stump grinder

This was my very first video, the entire channel started with an idea that I thought people might like. :-)

I needed to grind a stump but my creative(cheapskate) side said there had to be a better(cheaper) way than renting a stump grinder. $9 worth of blades, a few bucks in thick 5/8 washers, one between each blade, and along came the Stump Edger. I have used this a couple times and it works like a charm. Plunging motions work best(next video).

Always use eye protection and safety equipment, this is an inherently dangerous tool and you never know what it will kick up. Don't use blades that will not fit under the blade guard, if the blade guard ever had a good use, this is it... @#%$@# flies everywhere.
