Fixing AMD's Broken Drivers

I fixed it! After two weeks of testing I have a fix for the 5700 XT black screen driver crash. Believe it or not it's actually fairly simple to fix so sit back and follow along or if you need written instructions below is a set by step

If you are trying to fix your AMD drivers

1. Download the latest Driver installer from AMD's website
https://www.amd.com/en/support

2. After the driver downloads run the driver installer

3. when promoted for the install locate the drop down arrow under the driver version check the box that says factory reset, when it ask if you want to keep your setting select NO

4. Let the drivers uninstall your PC will restart on it's own and the Install will start momentarily

5. When promoted by the installer to select the default mode of the drivers select standard instead of gaming or e-sport.

6. your drivers should now install on there own and you are good to go

If you are installing the drivers for the 1st time ignore steps 3 and 4

If you are switching from Nvidia to AMD you need to DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) your Nvidia Drivers
