Since Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun has first begun, we had many occasion to witness first-hand how the apparently one-sided love between the confusingly named pair that is Akane Aoi and Aoi Akane, grow to become something more than just comedic relief.

We saw how, in episode 5 of the TBHK Season 2 Part 2, their love transform itself into a beautiful but fragile little flower. Would it survive the events of the season ? But also, can they be considered a couple untill now ?
