Long running task like fetching data from a not accessible site will keep task status as running till timeout exception occurs.
Only if task status is FINISHED, has been pop-ed via check status route, does not exist or terminated due to exception the pop method will be called on it and gets deleted from text file.
Concurrency Model: lightweight preemptive multitasking. Where the operating system decides when to switch between threads.
