The third prototype KF-21 Boramae Fighter Jet made its first successful flight

South Korea's Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) stated that the third prototype of the KF-21 Boramae fighter jet successfully made its first flight in early 2023.
Photos and videos of the 3rd KF-21 maiden flight are also circulating in cyberspace.
The aircraft took off from the Air Force's 3rd Flying Training Wing in Sacheon, 300 km south of Seoul, at 13:01 local time.
The flight lasted 37 minutes.
Previously, the first and second KF-21 prototypes made their maiden flights in July and November 2022 respectively.
Unlike the previous model, this latest prototype is equipped with the necessary systems for testing the speed and weight of fighter aircraft.
The aircraft paved the way for further testing of the fighter's capabilities, according to DAPA.
