How To Setup Donations With Streamslabs? (OBS Too)

Hiya! In this video, I've explained how to setup a donate button & the alerts whenever you get a donation on your stream. I hope this helps those who are starting out to stream, especially if they need to set it up the easiest way with Streamlabs, as well as OBS.

Keep in-mind that getting tipped/receiving donations is completely optional to the viewers. As you all know, it's up to the viewers if they want to support you even further by donating to you. It's a very wholesome & generous thing to do. Whenever I receive tips/donations, I do plan to put them on the top 5 most amount donated/tipped to honor their generosity to our community. But, since I mainly receive subscribers & bits, I put those people up on my top 5. Donations don't happen often for me, but when I do, I always make sure that all donations/tips go towards stream upgrades, events, game servers to stay open for members to play, etc.

When I started streaming, I never put up a "Donation Goal", since it kinda pressures the audience to donate to you. I'd remove everything, but the donate button on your panels at the bottom. That way, your viewers won't get bothered with the goal bar on your screen. This video is to help you guys setup your donate button/alert. Not to setup your "Donation Goal" if that's what you're looking for. Though, I may make a video about that for charity/fundraiser-use only.
