Looking for a convenient and affordable hotel in Munich? In this review, I’ll take you inside the Marriott Munich and show you what to expect: from renovated lobby areas and elite recognition to the breakfast spread and pool facilities.

We stayed here because of the easy highway access, cheap parking, and quick U6 subway ride into the city center. As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite, I was upgraded to a Junior Suite – not yet renovated, but still spacious and comfortable.

Highlights include:
✔️ Elite Zone with drinks & snacks instead of an M Lounge
✔️ Pool, hot tub, and gym in the lower level
✔️ Bavarian breakfast with Weißwurst, sweet mustard & pretzel
✔️ Champions Sports Bar with ribs & truffle fries
✔️ Brita water stations on every floor

Overall, the Marriott Munich delivers excellent value compared to more central properties. Renovations are ongoing, but with great elite recognition and solid amenities, I’d happily return.
