My University's Falcon ATTACKS my Neighbor's Hen

I was studying in my room when I heard my neighbors' hen screaming outside. My neighbors have 2 hens that like to take a walk once a day in the proximity of their coop. My university has a nest box installed on top of the main tower where five falcons live, 5 min by my house. One of them is called Polly (ringed at her right leg). Unfortunately that day, she was flying by while the hens were walking and attacked one of them. I contacted my neighbor after scaring away Polly. The hen survived with some cuts on her comb and is currently healing.
