Voting for the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 is underway on May 25. A large number of voters, especially women, were seen waiting in line to cast their votes in Government High School in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri. Security arrangements have been implemented for safety. Polling is being held in 58 constituencies spread across six states and two union territories in the 6th phase.
The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
