മരിച്ചത് ,അഞ്ച് മണിക്കൂറിന് ശേഷമാണ് ബിജുവിനെ പുറത്തെടുക്കാനായത്.
ബിജുവിന്റെ ഭാര്യ സന്ധ്യയെ കാലിൽ ഗുരുതര പരുക്കുകളോടെ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു. ഇന്നലെ രാത്രി പത്തരയോടെയായിരുന്നു കൊച്ചി ധനുഷ്കോടി ദേശീയപാതയിൽ ദുരന്തമുണ്ടായത്.

A tragic end in the landslide at Adimali — Biju, a native of Koonampara, lost his life at Nedumballikkudi.Biju’s body was recovered after nearly five hours of rescue efforts.
His wife, Sandhya, sustained serious injuries to her leg and has been admitted to the hospital.
The disaster occurred around 10 p.m. last night on the Kochi–Dhanushkodi National Highway.
