I'm all about the practical "how-to" aspect of reaching goals, but that doesn't mean that MINDSET isn't important too! For a long time, I felt frustrated by all the talk of mindset shifts. It seemed like so many books about how to reach goals/make money/become successful focused so heavily on mindset issues, and actually avoided talking about the how-to. It's only been in the last year or so that I've finally realized how incredibly important personal development and mindset truly is.
