Before developing ME/CFS, Canadian writer Nadine Sander-Green was an avid adventurer, canoeing down rapids, mountain-biking along rugged trails, and skiing through waist-deep powder. Post-diagnosis, she’s written in detail about her journey towards the acceptance of her new body and living within drastically smaller limits.
