Marina Abramović | The House with the Ocean View

Living in-gallery 24 hours a day. No food. No talking. No reading.

This week we present 'The House with the Ocean View' where performance artist Elke Luyten will live in three constructed units - a bathroom, a living room and a sleeping room – in the Main Galleries from 5–16 October 2023. This work was originally performed by Marina Abramović in 2002.

The performance invites the audience to establish a silent dialogue with the performer and witness and share in the simple act of living.
