How much is a UK nurse salary?

This is a frank, maybe controversial chat about my UK nursing salary. I talk about what nurses can earn hourly, monthly and in one year. I share my pay as an NHS and Agency nurse with you, so you can get an idea of what you'll earn if you're thinking of going into nursing, are a student nurse or are transferring to the UK from overseas.

This topic doesn't get enough exposure. Nurses can't go on pay strike because staffing can be so minimal in the UK that if we didn't turn up to work, peoples lives would actually be at stake. And that's not what any of us went into nursing for. Nurses are caring and compassionate by nature and can often not want to seem greedy or 'in nursing for the money', which you realise they can't be after looking into their salary and watching this video.
