Hey Guys,
Tarte Tartelette in Bloom and Too Faced Natural face are absolutely beautiful and great quality neutral eyeshadow palettes that are also great for beginners. I own two of them and love them dearly, but if I had to pick I could probably get away with using only one. I hope you find this video helpful if you are thinking about getting one of these and aren’t sure which one will work better for you!
