This video was posted yesterday.. No really.. it's not late.. Honest! *whistles innocently* (Life sucks sometimes..)

In this video I continue working on the left flap. I start out by dimpling everything with the pneumatic squeezer where I can. Some of it must be done with a hand held dimpler though just due to the size of the tool versus the part.

Once that's done then I go on to dimple all the skins. After that's done I assemble the subassemblies on the bottom part of the flap. I also talk to the 4 holes in the various flap hinge bracket subassemblies that I upsized based on another persons suggestion.

After I get everything dimpled and the subassemblies together, I begin the final assembly. I had to cleco the whole thing to the table to get it usable. The squeezer was painful to use due to the size of the parts so I ended up using the bucking bar/rivet gun. Worked great.

I also do a small experiment around the trailing edge of the forward rounded skins where you're supposed to add a small bend. Found something interesting.. (And no I didn't screw everything up!)

I also talk to the poprivets that go on the front and repeatedly call them the wrong things! MK-319-BS.
