What is it, and how would you deal with it?

Answer: Ileocolonic intussusception in a patient with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, a polyp is leading the intussusception.

Case summary: A 24-year-old male, a known case with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, presents with severe abdominal pain and a mass in the right lumbar region. Ultrasonography was suggestive of intussusception. Transanal enteroscopy confirmed the diagnosis. The intussusception was reduced with endoscopy, and the polyp was removed.
