[English-Subtitled] Tesla Gigafactory Shanghai Exclusive Media Tour interview Part 1

Extremely important Tesla video. It revealed a lot of details about production process, company culture and staff morale in Gigafactory Shanghai. It could be seen as a template for future Gigafactories in many locations. I think it would be fair to make it available to existing and potential Tesla investors / customers without Chinese language skill. So I paid someone to create the subtitle.
