- Build email list for 4 weeks prior to BFCM
- Send 4-5 emails over that time encouraging 'window shoppers'

- Send emails on Black Friday & the following 3 days
- Switch on Retargeting campaigns with BFCM branded creative
- Optional: Leave current campaigns running
- Adjust website to reflect BF promotions

- Optional: Leave ads running afterwards, until not profitable for two consecutive days
