Parents seek change after child survives Okoboji waterpark drowning with no guards on duty

Parents of a Spirit Lake 2-year-old are counting their blessings after a stranger saved their toddler drowning at Bridges Bay Resort. This incident uncovered other problems at Bridges Bay, including the resort having no certified lifeguards in the pool at the time of the incident.
