I have been feeling so down lately so I decided to dedicate some time to taking care of Jenn! It is so important to prioritize self Care, no natter what it looks like for you, because you simple cannot pour from an empty cup!

Taking care of yourself reduces anxiety, allows for mental clarity, and improves overall health and wellness. As a content creator who is juggling so many different pieces, It is important for me to take time for me.
