INSANE Budget Flicker Strike Build - Dominate T16 with Almost No Currency! | PathOfExile [3.25 SoK]

Want to start playing Flicker Strike, but are low on currency? In this tutorial, I'll show you a super budget version of Flicker Strike that will allow you to dominate T16 maps with minimal cost! This build is perfect for new players or those who want to try out Flicker Strike without spending a fortune.

Since I'm done with the league since almost 2 weeks, this is probably my last video about flicker strike.

HOW TO TRANSFER TO MID BUDGET:

1.Rakiata's dance
NOTE: remove Elemental Mastery
Hits have 25% chance to treat Enemy Monster Elemental Resistance values as inverted as it will nerf our damage
EDIT: Change culling strike, for weapon have 8% crit chance ascendancy points
2. Yoke of suffering with Fretenic allocate
3. Replica Farrul's fur
NOTE: change reflect physical + damage ascendancy for +1 frenzy/endurance = frenzy

4. Cluster Jewels
5. Ralakesh + Arn's Anguish
6. Craft Mid Budget Gloves, as 2 strikes gives really good clear + frenzy charge for damage/survival

7. The Light Of Meaning for chaos res
8. Enlighten lvl3 + 90% Reservation HeatShiver corrupt
9. Elegant Hubris as we get points for refunding reservation points
10. Progenesis (can be bought quicker if have enough currency, as it's really QoL on maps)
11. Forbidden Flame/Flesh
12 Fortify Rakiata (if it goes for up to 45 divines just buy it, if higher I would double corrupt it myself)

Last upgrade will be rings, before that always buy rings to get enough attributes/resistances when changing something on the gear.
Before Fleshes you have +2 slots for jewels, so you can either get +% life and resistances or if have enough crit multi
