Checking the time stamps, the stones average about 2 minutes to get an edge back on the knife. In actuality, that time could be cut even more, as I was developing burrs, within 20 strokes of each side. I continued the process, to help minimize the burr, and finally remove it, without depending entirely upon the strop. In case you were wondering, these stones, are all, very fast cutters.
