'If Trump said it, the mainstream media reject it'

While Fox News is “generally full of the faithful” supporters of Donald Trump, it is difficult for the President to cut through the noise and hate spewed out by mainstream media, according to Sky News contributor Daisy Cousens.

When President Trump tweeted Antifa was responsible for some of the violence at Black Lives Matter protests, his words met with outright denial from the media and the Democrats who instead held white supremacists culpable for the escalating conflict, she told Sky News host Gary Hardgrave.

Meanwhile, Ms Cousens said “Antifa was not only tagging themselves at the scenes of these riots and admitting it all over Twitter, but there were videos coming out of people running in Antifa uniforms running around … and punching people”.

“Because Trump had said it, the media had to suddenly go against it”.

“It was so exposing,” she said.
