ESP32 Rainmaker OTA on Arduino IDE (without the Crash) - Easy IOT

Since its release the ESP Rainmaker Arduino IDE codebase has crashed when attempting OTA updates. Finally there is a solution to everyone using Rainmaker on ESP32 with the Arduino IDE. Please note that this (hopefully interim) solution does not use the Rainmaker Dashboard.
