Australia finds evidence of war crimes in Afghanistan inquiry

A long-awaited inquiry into the conduct of Australian Special Forces in Afghanistan has uncovered a culture of secrecy, deceit and cover-up.
It found what it called “credible evidence” of multiple war crimes, including the unlawful killing of 39 civilians and prisoners.
