Those wanting the #constitution honored and your rights protected from federal power must stand up for #staterights and that's the 10th Amendment right for states to do things that don't interfer with the #civilrights of their residents. #trump ultimate big government power is the claim he can force states and cities to do as he says or place that state or city elected officials in jail if they don't do as he says.

Having an ethical leaders in Washington DC was this important to our founder

Getting to an ethical society is something we all know and is all in the Constittuion.

Equal Protection Clause can force basic legal requirements to obey the same ethical laws that all those who serve (both civilian and military)

Article 2 Section 4 (the impeachment clause) lists clear crimes and ethical requirements we should have more than just a senate conviction to enforce those ethical requirements.
