Freeka Tet is a french multidisciplinary artist based in New York. He approaches technology and digital culture with a critical and playful voice, often revealing the inherent manipulation and seduction hidden in the tools we use to express ourselves. His deep technical knowledge of digital tools, but lack of fascination with their endless possibilities allow him to express, in an often humorous way, how our creative processes are sometimes too beholden to a form of cultural puppeteering.

With a background in noise music, electronics, prosthetics, animatronics, creative coding and live performance, his output is extremely varied but always coherent.
