So about 2 months ago I decided to copy 2 traders on eToro with a combined total of $1500. If you missed that video, check it out up here. I explained why I decided to copy them and I also showed you step by step how I opened each position.

However, today we will analyze how those 2 positions have been doing thus far. Did we lose money, OR did we become millionaires!

Okay. Here we go!
As you can see. Here are the 2 traders I started copying on the 12th of March 2021. It has not been a full 2 months yet after the copies where opened, but I figured. Let’s see what’s happening with my money, which is technically in someone else’s hands!

A reminder, I use my husband’s eToro platform to copy other traders and not my own, just because I am busy building a different, long term portfolio on my own account. Consider following my trades if they fit into your investment plan. Link is in the description.

So let’s look at the first trader we copied amarSingh1234.
By looking at his portfolio, I can see that he did not really change his portfolio during these 2 months and he is still heavily invested within some big hitting technology companies.
I opened a copy position of $500 on him.

The second trader I copied was McLovin12345.
I know that he did change his portfolio a bit in this time since I have been copying him. He closed some copy portfolios and swapped them out for some other ETFs, but nothing mayor that made me feel uncomfortable with this copy and as you know I really like ETFs a lot. If anything I still like his portfolio completely and it is well diversified.

I opened a copy position of $1000 on him.

So my $1500 investment is in the green after 2 month. Watch the video to find out how much:)

Now I am not planning on closing any of these 2 positions for now and I want to keep them open for at least another 3 to 4 months.

And this is an example of how copy trading can be effective for you when investing.
But Remember, if you do want to copy trade, make sure to do some due diligence and research before putting your money into someone else’s hands. No one cares as much about your money as you do!
