Why 3 Phase supply voltage is 400 volts, not 600 Volts (Hindi)

The line voltage of 3 phase power supply comes to 400 volts AC, not 600 or 660 volts for phase voltage of 220 or 230 volts, is explained in Hindi in the video. It will not be 600 or 660 volts due to the vector difference of phase voltage. Phase and line voltage relation explained. The difference between scalar addition and vector addition is explained. The method of finding the difference between vector quantities (Vector subtraction) is also explained.
