how i cleared my bacne✨ body care routine | Erna Limdaugh

I have been struggling with back acne my whole life and this chemical peel routine is the ONLY thing that actually works to reduce them
Over several uses, I finally noticed that some of the acne scarring on my back had lightened noticeably✨

Before starting, make sure that you patch test and be sure to follow the directions (10 minutes on dry skin)
I would recommend using it only once a week to start
Play around with keeping it on for five minutes or seven minutes, especially if your skin gets red easily. Also, you can concentrate it on the areas of your skin that only need it most

There’s another way to do it if you don’t want to use body scrub or don’t have it☝🏻
1. After cleansing/ shower
2. Mix The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution + Ordinary’s 100% L-ascorbic acid powder to your shoulders, chest and back
3. Leave it for not more than 10 minutes (to avoid chemical burns, rebound hyperpigmentation or overstripping)
4. Wash it off (make sure the water isn’t too hot or too cold)
5. Now that your skin is freshly exfoliated, you can apply a hydrator or moisturizer (avoid anything that has any sort of exfoliating acids, heavy fragrance, or essential oil)
6. I recommend you to use them at night, to avoid irritation + sun damage in daytime

You can also use them on your armpits, knees and elbows (it helps lighten them)

After a few weeks, you should see an improvement in skin texture and skin tone, reduced blemishes❤️
