Let's talk about drive encryption. This prevents unauthorised access to your devices without proper authentication, even if the drives are removed!

📱 Most smartphones are encrypted by default.
🖥️ Newer Macs ship with FileVault turned on.
🪟 Windows machines aren't as easy. Bitlocker can be enabled, but only on Windows Pro!

I recommend encrypting your device, particularly if it's mobile and you're travelling! Just remember, your keys are vital and you should store them as safely as possible, otherwise you risk losing access to everything!
