Outlast 2 Demo OoB locations: Big house and town

Mattmatt10111 found neat little glitch on Outlast 2 demo, which lets you get through the fence at certain locations. I still haven't fully figured out how it works, but right now I'm just spamming jump at the fence until I get through.

The clip through the fence here seems a little more difficult, not to mention you have to do it while the enemies are looking for you.

Here I get to the other side of the cornfield and make my way to a big house. You can climb up and get on top of the buildings and fences, which allowed me to see what is behind the place where the demo ends. All you can see is a small town with a church behind a river, not fully loaded nor accessible.
